Client Portal

What are the benifits to having a Client Portal?
•Make Secure Payments Online
•Monitor and Edit Your Account
•Register for Classes/Programs
•View Transaction History of Payments/Charges

In order to access your account via our Client Portal, you must first have an e-mail address listed on your All Star Legacy account. If you have registered for a class online with our gym, you should have an e-mail address on file.  If you have any questions of whether you have an e-mail address on file, contact our office at 703-444-6002 or info@allstarlegacy.com

If your e-mail address is already on file and you need to access the client portal...

Follow these easy steps to access your Parent Portal:
•Click here to have a temporary password set for your account.
•Enter your e-mail address that you have given to All Star Legacy  (it must be the same e-mail address on the account).
•A temporary password will be sent to this e-mail address from info@allstarlegacy.com. Log in to your e-mail to retrieve the password.
•Once you have retrieved the temporary password, go back to the parent portal login here and enter your e-mail address and your temporary password and click "Sign In".
•When you have logged into the Parent Portal, you will have the opportunity to change your username and password if you choose to do so.
